JACK FM has re-launched in Denver, making the Mile High City the first in the world to debut the brand’s new “JACK Custom” product utilizing the patented Dial Global StorQ local delivery technology. JACK’s branded “Playing What We Want”, programming targets adults 25-54, and reaches 12 million listeners in North America.
First launched in Denver in March 2004 as JACK FM’s inaugural American market, the brand is being revitalized on a new and improved FM signal at 105.5 MHz by Denver-based Front Range Sports Network, which assumed control after co-owned Moreland Properties acquired KJAC from NRC Broadcasting in June 2010.
Front Range General Manager Tom Manoogian says, “We are excited to be the first Jack Custom brand in America. The response from our listeners has been great and we look forward to continuing to “Play What We Want.”
JACK Custom features high quality 24-hour JACK branded programming in a patented delivery system (StorQ) that allows the important elements of localization and customization for each station and market. JACK Custom gives stations control over their content and features seamless programming continuity with imaging, advertising and localized music choices.
