SparkNetworks is pleased to announce CMA and ACM award winning personality Cliff Dumas as the host of Weekly Country Countdown debuting the weekend of July 23-24. “We’re very excited to welcome Cliff to SparkNetworks and back to Canada as the new host of Weekly Country Countdown”, said Jean-Marie Heimrath, President of SparkNetworks. Each week, Cliff Dumas counts down "Country Aircheck's" Top 30 songs in the weekly three-hour show. The featured artist each week shares with listeners, exclusive stories behind their biggest hit songs. Weeky Country Countdown is also offered in a PLAIN WRAP version.
CLIFF DUMAS is a CMA and ACM winning radio host with over 25 years experience in country radio and television. He’s the youngest broadcast inductee ever into the “Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame." In the last seven years he has been honored with three CMA and four ACM nominations. He’s been named radio personality of the year 18 times in Canada. He was the voice of CMT for 15 years and has written and voiced dozens of country TV shows, from award shows to music specials for Anne Murray, Shania Twain and Terri Clark
