Bohn & Associates Reorganizes and Merges with SparkNet Communications.

January 1, 2010 - Bohn & Associates Media is pleased to announce that it will join forces with SparkNet Communications effective January 1st, 2010. This merger aligns two international businesses and brings together Canada's leading broadcast consultancy, with more than 25 years at the centre of the Canadian radio industry, and SparkNet Communications, the driving force behind the success of the JACK FM and Playing What We Want radio brands in the United States and Europe.

Under the direction of Pat Bohn and Garry Wall, the new SparkNet will continue to offer unparalleled industry awareness, expertise and innovation with a recognized focus on client engagement. This dynamic licensing, marketing and consulting company will operate in Canada, the U.S. and abroad with a head office in Vancouver.


SparkNet Communications to Launch SparkNetworks

December 16, 2009 - SparkNet Communications announced today the formation of a new syndication company that will focus its business on the Canadian radio industry. SparkNetworks will represent an unprecedented array of global companies who specialize in syndication, marketing and services for radio. The new company, to launch in January 2010, will be based in Toronto.

Pat Bohn, co-president of SparkNet Communications said, "We see opportunities to offer Canadian radio an innovative approach to programs and services in the digital world. In doing so, we will define a new level of custom performance."
